Welcoming pine groves at Flying Dutchman

Nestled among the pines, the Flying Dutchman complex in Keystone, CO offers visitors and owners the unique experience of feeling as though they are at a rustic mountain retreat, far from the hustle and bustle of Keystone Resort.

There is a serenity and peacefulness at work here that beckons to bygone days and begs for lawn games on sprawling greens, a rousing game of sand volleyball, tantalizing aromas wafting from BBQ, and sunny summer afternoons lounging by the pool.

Adventuring Activities Abound

When ready for some adventuring, all it takes is a short walk, bike or shuttle ride. The Keystone Gulch trail head is just across the way and offers great hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing. Explore the resort, and all of Summit County, on bike or by foot using the Summit County Recreation Path. Golf at either of Keystone Resort‘s two golf courses, the River Course and the Ranch Course, both within a 10 minute drive of Flying Dutchman. If a little bustle is being sought, take a short 10 minute walk to Lakeside Village and partake in paddle boating, canoeing, hockey, or ice skating. Dine at a few restaurants on the lake, and shop, the shuttle can always pick you up! One of the best features of Flying Dutchman is the shuttle service. Ski and snowboard enthusiasts can walk out the door and over to a shuttle stop, be dropped at the mountain and not have to worry about parking and navigating their way to the hill. The shuttle has stops throughout the resort and runs every twenty minutes during ski season. During the summer and shoulder seasons the shuttle is on call, pick up the phone and they’ll pick you up.
